However, regardless of which possibility it may be, the core of the issue remains unchanged.

A person sent an email to associates of our union members containing content that negatively impacts contractual and business relationships, while keeping their own contact information unverifiable. This is neither a normal inquiry nor a public-interest whistleblowing activity. It is an act aimed solely at damaging the reputation of others while keeping accountability ambiguous.

Our union considers such methods to be extremely malicious and cowardly.

The issue is not the email address. It is the information acquisition channel.

What our association views as the most problematic is not the fact itself that the email address was undeliverable.

What is truly serious is how a person who cannot even be identified by their reply address was able to obtain the contact information of our union members' associates and deliberately send emails targeting them.

That email was not merely a comment on one of our association’s published articles.

The content of the message was intended to urge our union members' associates to review their contractual and business relationships based on a specific relationship. In other words, it is possible that the sender had, at least in some form, acquired information regarding our union members' associates.

Then where did that information come from?

Is it actually from Mr. Nakano Tsunayoshi himself?
Is it from Mr. Nakano's relatives, associates, or collaborators?
Did individuals close to Mr. Nakano use affiliated party information to counter our union's messaging?

Or did Last One Mile Co., or individuals related to or surrounding the company, obtain information regarding our union members' associates and involve themselves in attacks using third-party names?

At this time, our union does not conclude the involvement of any specific individual or corporation.

However, there is no reason to exclude it from the scope of the review.

This is because this email was not sent directly to our union, but was sent to parties outside our membership—that is, to our business partners.

This is not a statement issued by our union itself, but rather an attack aimed at our members’ social credibility and livelihoods.

Similarity to the pattern of "erasing what once existed" surrounding Mr. Nakano

Regarding Mr. Tamaki Nakano, it has been reported that the Kagoshima District Public Prosecutors Office prosecuted the Kagoshima-based consulting firm Global HR Technology and its representative, Defendant Tamaki Nakano, for violations of the Consumption Tax Act and other offenses, and subsequently re-arrested him on suspicion of subsidy fraud and other charges.

     あわせて読みたい

[Last Mile Labor Union] Preservation of Arrest Report Screenshots of Mr. Nobuyoshi Nakano - Minna no Union

Our union is neither an investigative nor a judicial body regarding these criminal cases. The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare also cites acts that prevent or obstruct the formation of labor unions, as well as interference in the daily operations of labor unions and dispute activities, as examples of domination and interference.

Of course, whether this matter immediately constitutes an unfair labor practice under the Labor Union Act is ultimately something to be determined by the competent authorities.

However, our union believes it is necessary to examine actions such as this—which target the associates of union members and spread information that damages their credit—from the perspective of domination, intervention, and union-busting.

Those who want to crush labor unions target
