Minna no Union (hereinafter referred to as "this site") is a website operated by International LastOneMile Union (hereinafter referred to as "ILU"), which is based in Cambodia. ILU's official website ishttps://ilu-cambodia.org/Is.

ILU's public interest purpose is to protect the rights, human rights, and dignity of workers, self-employed individuals, freelancers, and other working people, as well as their supporters, regardless of nationality, place of residence, employment status, occupation, organizational affiliation, or other status. It also aims to provide opportunities for information provision, consultation, expression of opinions, mutual aid, solidarity, and international cooperation regarding labor and social issues such as working conditions, wages, contracts, dismissals, harassment, and unfair treatment.

Furthermore, it aims to contribute to the formation of fair and sustainable labor environments and societies, and to promote international cooperation, by assisting working people to cooperate with each other across borders to prevent or resolve unfair treatment, exploitation, human rights violations, and other damages.

The target audience for this site is people worldwide, primarily those who use English, Khmer, and Japanese. The main languages used on this site will also be English, Khmer, and Japanese.

The purpose of this website is not to generate revenue, but to operate for information provision, dissemination, consultation, collaboration, support, and other activities based on ILU's public interest objectives.

However, external organizations, companies, individuals, and other entities other than ILU that sponsor ILU's public interest objectives or support its activities may be introduced, published, or advertised free of charge on this site, including their names, activities, initiatives, products, or services.

ILU's primary purpose is public benefit, and it does not engage in profit-making activities as its main focus. However, ILU does not prohibit the generation of revenue that is incidental to the performance, maintenance, or development of its public benefit activities, solely within Cambodia, where ILU is based.
