As you are likely aware from press releases and other announcements, our parent company changed on July 1st.
The new parent company is a listed company.
Generally, it is recognized that subsidiaries of listed companies strive to address labor issues, improve worker compensation and treatment, and ensure thorough compliance with laws and regulations.
Also, regarding the posts published at the time of this union's launch, the "current parent company" is unrelated, and there is no longer any rational reason to continue publishing events from that time. Furthermore, from the perspective of protecting the parent company's investors and based on the union's own judgment, we have decided to delete articles posted prior to July 1.
We are fully aware that some union members who have provided us with information are not necessarily satisfied with this, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
I sincerely hope that you will continue to respect the rights of workers (including part-time employees and agency owners) and operate the business in compliance with the Constitution of Japan, labor-related laws, and other relevant regulations.
That's all.
