Purpose of establishment
The Napoli no Kama Union is established with the purpose of creating an environment where every staff member involved with Napoli no Kama can work with peace of mind and pride, and to continue delivering consistently high-quality service to our customers.
The delivery and takeout business model relies on the coordination of many interconnected processes, including store operations, cooking, customer service, delivery, training, and hygiene management. The union gathers feedback from the front lines to visualize challenges, and by promoting both a better working environment and operational quality, it contributes to the growth of the staff and the sustainable development of the stores.
Main activities
1. Proposals for improving the working environment and promoting dialogue
We will organize the information gap between stores and headquarters as well as operational challenges, and compile them as improvement proposals. We will establish regular opportunities for exchanging opinions to promote mutual understanding and constructive dialogue.
2. Safety and Health / Occupational Safety Initiatives
We identify on-site risks such as delivery safety, accident prevention in the kitchen, hygiene management, and workload leveling during peak seasons, and propose recurrence prevention measures and operational rule development.
3. Education and Training (Standardization and Skill Up)
We will establish a training system to help newcomers settle in quickly, standardize operations, and implement initiatives to support skill improvement in customer service, cooking, and delivery. In franchise operations as well, we will share best practices among stores to raise the overall level of quality.
4. Creating a fair and convincing operation
We aim to improve operations regarding shift management, evaluations and awards, and in-store rules by emphasizing clarity and a sense of fairness based on actual on-site conditions, ultimately helping to prevent issues.
5. Quality proposals for improving customer satisfaction
We propose improvements from frontline operations on key points directly linked to the customer experience—such as delivery and takeout quality, service speed, products and packaging, and complaint prevention and recurrence mitigation—thereby contributing to the enhancement of brand value.
6. Consultation Services and Support
We will establish easily accessible consultation desks to identify work styles and workplace concerns at an early stage, and provide coordination with relevant parties and support for resolution as needed.
